I was watching this morning last week and on their little fashion section they covered monochrome and how to add a touch of bold colour to the outfit for a twist! So I thought i’d put this little post together!
I think this is probably the easiest look to achieve with items that you already have in your wardrobe! All you need is a bright/bold colour bag or clutch that will add that extra bit of character to your outfit! I love this clutch from Blue Banana
and for just £12.99, it’s a bargain!
You can bag both the boots and the blouse from H’n’M for a total of £42.98 and hurry, this skirt is on sale at New Look for just £10 right now!
This look is another pretty simple one to achieve! Find yourself a pair of little heels in a bold colour like this blue or maybe even red like these ones
? As a lover of shoes, I’ve plenty of bold pairs but you can come across shoes like this all the time in places like New Look
Every girl needs a pair of white jeans, why not try this pair from River Island for just £25? Just a quick note, i’m in love with this combined doctor bag from Zara! It’ll cost you around £60 but look how beautiful it is!
I actually stumbled across this blazer whilst doing some online window shopping
on New Look.. you know.. where you fill your basket to about £200 and then remember you have rent to pay next week. I think any outfit can be transformed by adding a blazer to it! I really love fitted jackets and blazers are the next best thing and can be worn for more of the year! This blazer is a bargain at just £24.99
! If you’re not keen on the colour of this one, why not have a look at Topshop’s
choice of blazers here
! They’ve got quite a selection!
I’m sure everyone reading this has a pair of black jeans/trousers so i’m sure you wont have a problem on your bottom half, but if you fancy treating yourself, these Jane Norman ones are selling a £30!
Can I just ask, who, maybe secretly, doesn’t want a fedora? Even if you’ll never wear it and it’ll just sit on your bed post, I know you still want one! I think this, teamed with these cute sandals is a perfect match for a “is it summer yet” look!
Which of these looks is your favourite? Have you been playing around with the monochrome trend? Let me know below!
