July Beauty Wishlist

How is it already the third of July?! That means we’re past the half way point this year now, that’s a scary thought! 2014 is seriously disappearing right from under my feet. Anyway, seeing as I haven’t had time to prepare a June favourites post so I decided that a July beauty wishlist is just as good, right?

Firstly, let’s talk Naked. My bond between all things Urban Decay and my face is growing and this is the latest little thing i’ve discovered. It’s “Naked Flushed” a compact with a bronzer, blush and highlighter, which is available in four shades, my personal favourite is the one with the shimmery dusty rose blush(third along on the Sephora website). I just adore everything about this product, from it’s convenience to the choice of shades. It’s definitely at the very top of my list and deservedly so! It can be yours for £22 from

I’ve been on the look out for a new eyeliner and this one is a high contender. I’ve been using Astor’s Eye Studio liquid eyeliner for longer than I can remember but I just fancy a change! I find felt tips the easiest applicator when it comes to eyeliner, especially for those pesky cat flicks, I will master it one day! I’ve never actually owned any of the NARS products but I always read so many great reviews on their range! I can’t seem to find this bad boy on any British sites but it’s $27, if someone could do that maths that would be fantastic, thanks!

How adorable is this little makeup/”wash bag” ahhh! I’d certainly be wiping my eyeliner clean before putting it back in this cutie(who else’s make up bag just seems to be full of eyeliner?)! The entirety of Ted Baker’s products are beyond lovely but this make up bag is perfect. £29 and free delivery? Oops, okay then!

Next up is something i’ve been wanting to purchase for what feels like forever. It first caught my eye when I saw Zoella talking about it on her YouTube channel and now I see it everywhere! Now i’ve been paid, the temptation is heightening. It’s actually a brilliant price, just £16, and from what i’ve heard, it’s a miracle tonic! A gentle exfoliator that also tone’s and firms. If you have this gem or have written a review on it, leave it below so I can check it out, just to further persuade myself!
Essie always bang out some amazing nail colours and i’m falling head over heels for this one! A bold neon/lime shade, but still almost earthy green! I’m not sure how it’d look on my pale old lady like hands but either way, I think it’s a really sweet shade for this time of year!
I’m pretty sure i’m the only blogger out there who still hasn’t managed to get her paws on some of Tanya Burr’s Lip’N’Nails collection. In all honesty, I wanted to put them all in this post, but I was a good girl and narrowed it down to just two! I chose “Picnic In The Park” and “Chic” because I think they’re such great neutral and wearable shades, but still pigmented enough to add to your look! One day i’ll own the entire collection, did I mention I have a slight hoarding problem with lip products.. oops?

Last but certainly not least is of course, the Real Techniques Core Collection kit that I talk about on an almost daily basis! I’m still in two minds about this product, I just can’t make up my mind! I’ve seen so many positive reviews on the blogosphere on this little kit, but then I also see ever more on other brands! Shall I? Shan’t I? Such hard decisions, so many make up brushes!

So what’s on your beauty wishlist for July? Let me know! I’d love to see your posts!

  1. That Essie nail varnish looks like a gorgeous colour!
I've always wanted to try the Real Techniques brushes but they are so expensive and I don't use brushes much as it is so I'm a tad worried it would be a wasted investment.

  2. They are quit expensive aren't they, I'm still looking for the perfect set that won't break the bank! xx
