Of course, some people’s bad day’s may be a lot more severe than others, but most of us will have a bad day every now and then and be able to brush it off and turn it in to a good day or before you know it, the day is over and tomorrow is a brighter, happier day.
“Every day may not be good but there is something good in every day“
I’ll be talking a little bit more about it this Friday in my 27 + 28 week bump update, but if you follow me on social media, you might know that last week wasn’t my best week. I think it’s really important to remember, especially as you get older and are exposed to more and more of the world, that it’s pretty much impossible to wake up every single day and have a good day. Bad days exist, for everyone.
Sometimes, a bad day can’t be escaped, but another thing that is important to remember is that there is something good in every day. Even on our worst days there has to be something positive around us. Whether that’s the fact that it’s sunny outside or the bus driver let you off that 20p you didn’t have, there is always something positive around you that you can hold onto to help to try and turn your bad day into a good day!
I hope this post makes sense and if you’re having a particularly bad day, I hope this brings a little bit of light to it! Keep smiling!
